NASCAR champion Greg Biffle puts waterfront Florida home on market for $3.1 million

Semi-retired NASCAR champion Greg Biffle is looking to pull away from the Ft. Lauderdale pack. He just listed his waterfront home in the South Florida city for $3.1 million. Biffle purchased the home just two years ago for $1.3 million and now he's scratching that price and reversing it in the midst of a booming real estate market. The listing notes that Biffle doesn't current live in the home and has been using it as an income-generating property.
