MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — Mobile City District 1 Councilman Fred Richardson announced Wednesday on his Facebook that he endorses Herman Thomas in the District 1 city council runoff election. Richardson stepped down from the council for an unsuccessful bid for Mobile mayor, and will leave the city council October 31.
