After six seasons on the air, The Expanse -- one of the greatest works of sci-fi television ever -- has come to an end. Spanning 56 episodes, seven years, and a jump from basic cable to streaming, The Expanse told the tale of the Rocinante crew. Together, they tried to survive in a galaxy where humanity is on the brink of self-annihilation and tried to help make the universe a better place to live in while they're at it. That could mean exploring a newly discovered planet or being on the front line of a war at home. Speaking to ComicBook.com after the series finale's debut, Steven Strait, who played Rocinante captain James Holden, admits having the series done and released is "bittersweet" for him.

Bobbie Draper has always been a fan favorite character in The Expanse, but in season six, the Martian marine saved the day several times both in the capture of the Azure Dragon and in the final assault on the ring station. By way of debriefing the series finale and just to reminisce a bit as well, we spoke to Frankie Adams, who plays Bobbie on the show, about how this much beloved sci-fi series has affected her and how she felt about the evolution of her character over the years.

Mr. Frankie Lee Adams, 69, of Franklin, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, June 13, 2021, at his residence, surrounded by his family. He was born on March 15, 1952, in Carroll County, Georgia, the son of the late Ray Joseph Adams and the late Betty Cooley Adams. He attended Carrollton High School, received a degree in mechanics from Carroll Technical College, and retired in 2012, as farm manager, with North Georgia Turf.
