The day San Antonio Food Bank CEO Eric Cooper found his missing father in an alley, he found his purpose in life. It was the spring of 1993. Cooper, 22 years old at the time, had left his hometown of Argyle to study business at the University of Utah, where he was an up-and-coming young entrepreneur who had started several businesses.
