Emma Jean Watkins, 83, of Carmel passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at Carmel Health and Living in Carmel. She was a former resident of Berne and Randolph County. She was born August 26, 1937, in Winchester to William and Carmen Dorine (Conley) Nelson. She was married in June 1955 to Lowell Watkins.
