6 Monday NBA Props: Fats picks Luke Kennard, Kawhi, Nic Batum, Dwight Howard, Seth Curry, one 2nd quarter

0-5 yesterday. When it rains it pours. Would have won the Nikola Jokic bet except for him getting thrown out of the game. Two games, six plays. I've been shooting too many bricks recently. Part of the reason has been the inconsistency of play – blowouts, injuries, ejections – and part has been that bookmakers have made it more difficult to find value props – either raising the number on the over/under and/or lowering the odds.

Dwight Howard Gives An Update On Joel Embiid's Injury

Joel Embiid had himself a phenomenal season with the Philadelphia 76ers and as a result, the team ended up first in the Eastern Conference standings. Unfortunately, Embiid ran into some injury issues throughout the series and now, he has been diagnosed with a small lateral miniscus tear. For now, it remains to be seen whether or not he will be able to return in time for the start of the team's second round series against the Atlanta Hawks.

Dwight Howard, Sixers (Photo by Tim Nwachukwu/Getty Images) The Philadelphia 76ers have a commanding 2-0 series lead over the Washington Wizards. So far, the team has given the fanbase little reason to panic. The offense looks smooth, the defense has awed, and the Sixers’ core trio has started the postseason on a high note. It’s not much of an accomplishment — the Wizards are not that good and match up poorly across the board — but still, the Sixers are in a good place.

Dwight Howard Exceeded Doc Rivers' Expectations With Sixers

The 'Dwight Howard experience' has taken many different forms over the years. Not many players have had the sort of rollercoaster ride Howard has gone through in their career. After playing just nine games for the Washington Wizards in the 2018-2019 season, things were not looking great for the former superstar center. With many rumblings of being a problem child with his previous teams, there weren't many offers for Howard at the current stage of his career.
