Diana Collins is one of the top players in the state of Georgia. The 2023 guard out of Brookwood High School has been highly regarded as a top player around the state since her freshman season where she was putting up impressive numbers and loading up on college offers. Collins said she began playing at a young age, but realized in middle school that she had serious potential.

LILBURN — Diana Collins put up 30 points Friday night in Brookwood’s 71-35 win over rival Parkview in its 4-AAAAAAA girls basketball opener. NeKaya Williams had 18 points, nine steals and five assists for the No. 1-ranked Broncos (12-3), while Shannon Niles had eight points, six rebounds, three assists and three steals. Ciera Hall added six points and three assists.

Collins had 19 points, six rebounds and four steals, while Williams added 18 points, four steals and three assists to lead Brookwood (8-3) to a 56-50 win over fellow SBLive Top 25 squad Greater Atlanta Christian (6-3).
