High School standout has seen his stock rise over the past several months, most recently thanks to a strong performance at the Elite 11 Houston Regional in Katy, Texas, on March 28. Brown earned an Elite 11 Finals invitation and threw with consistently impressive velocity across seven different drill stations. He got better and better as the event progressed, and also tested well prior to the throwing portion of the camp. In the 6-foot-3, 190-pound range, Brown certainly has the frame, and he looks to be trending in the right direction in his development. Brown earned a significant bump from 86 to a high three-star 89 on 247Sports.

USC signed two quarterbacks in the 2021 class and already has a jump on the 2022 class with a commitment from four-star Composite Queen Creek (AZ) prospect Devin Brown.
