Dennis James on Enhanced Labs Contract Dispute: ‘They Tried to Go Behind My Back and Negotiate with Ramy’

Retired IFBB Pro bodybuilder Dennis James now coaches Mamdouh ‘Big Ramy’ Elssbiay, though recently had some dirty laundry to air in regard to supplement negotiations. After Big Ramy was offered a new contract behind his coach’s back, James was flabbergasted by their unprofessionalism and called the company (Enhanced Labs) the ‘biggest clusterfuc* he’s ever seen.

Trimarchi, Dennis James

Dennis James Trimarchi, of Merrill, Oregon passed to the other side of eternity March 13th at Sky Lakes Medical Center. Dennis was born February 14th, 1952 in North Adams, Massachusetts. He began his career early when he quit going to high school and started working as a mechanic. Eventually, Dennis made his way across the country to California, settling in the Bakersfield area. For many years he managed a branch of Firestone Tire. After retiring, he moved north and settled in the Klamath Basin, making his home in Merrill, Oregon. Dennis sought to finish the high school education he had never completed and received a diploma from his hometown. Dennis enjoyed working outside on a variety of projects from helping neighbors with their gardens and lawns, to doing small remodel projects. When the weather was nice, he enjoyed getting out of town to enjoy some of the local camping spots. In 2011, Dennis began attending a local church. Eventually he became convinced that he needed Jesus and chose to get baptized and become a Christian. He was a faithful attender of Malin Baptist Church. During the last few years of his life Dennis dedicated much of his time to tearing down old buildings. He enjoyed the challenge of demolition, the people he met during the process, and the chance to sell some of the salvage lumber and other items. Dennis never married and had no children. He was preceded in death by his father Milano, mother Irene, and brother Timothy. He is survived by his sisters Nancy and Rose, and brothers Milano Jr. and Thomas, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at the Malin cemetery Friday, March 25th at 5 PM with a social to follow at Malin Baptist Church.

Dennis “Garland” James Sr. of Union, MO passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Angie James of Union; two sons: Dennis James Jr. and wife Holly of St. Peters, and Donnie Alberty and wife Tammy of St. Peters; one daughter, Tammy Starr and husband Steve of O’Fallon; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five sisters: Barb Hood, Carolyn Wright, Deborah Brengartner and husband David, Renee Hollowell, and Helen Pineiro and husband Joe; four brothers: Larry James and wife Karen, William James and wife Sandy, Randy James, and Paul James; and many other relatives and friends.
