Dave Kerner (born August 24, 1983) is the current County Mayor of, and a County Commissioner for, Palm Beach County and a former Democratic member of the Florida House of Representatives. He is a former police officer, and then, special prosecutor. He also is a practicing complex litigation trial attorney in West Palm Beach, Florida, and is known as a leader on issues relating to constitutional law, criminal law, judicial issues, and law enforcement issues. He lives in Lake Worth, and is married to Jacqueline Kerner.

At the end of last week, Gov. Ron DeSantis and Palm Beach County Mayor Dave Kerner highlighted the success of their partnership to vaccinate seniors in Palm Beach County. As of Friday, more than 46,000 seniors in Palm Beach County alone have been vaccinated, which represents more than 40 percent of all seniors in the county. Statewide, Florida continues to exceed the rest of the nation in vaccinations of seniors with more than 1.3 million seniors vaccinated, which accounts for 31 percent of all seniors in the state.
