Andy Gresh has been named co-host at Entercom sports WEEI-FM Boston (93.7), following the retirement of Dale Arnold, who has been with the station since its flip to sports 30 years ago. Arnold hosted his final “Dale & Keefe” show on Friday, March 12. Gresh will plug in across from Rich Keefe for “Gresh & Keefe” (10am-2pm), beginning Monday, March 15.
