Adam Scott Joins Dakota Johnson in Sony’s ‘Madame Web’

Adam Scott has jumped on board Madame Web, the Sony spinoff centered on the Spider-Man character, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. S.J. Clarkson is set to direct the feature, which has Dakota Johnson in the lead role, and Emma Roberts and Sydney Sweeney already cast. According to Deadline, Golden Globe nominee Tahar Rahim has officially been tapped to join the cast of Sony Pictures’ forthcoming Madame Web film, which will be led by Dakota Johnson as the titular hero. The French actor will also be joining previously announced cast members Sydney Sweeney (Euphoria), Celeste O’Connor (Ghostbusters: Afterlife), and Isabela Merced (Transformers: The Last Knight).
