FORT WORTH, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) - A shooting has shut down parts of I-35. The shooting happened at around 8:40 p.m. on June 30 in the southbound lanes near Risinger Road in Fort Worth.The victim, a man, has been transported to a local hospital in critical condition.This story is developing.

NEVADA COUNTY (CBS13) — The latest on the Rices Fire in Nevada County: Containment grew to 26% overnight Friday, but firefighters are keeping a watchful eye on increased winds that could fan the flames across the river and into Yuba County, as well as threaten to spread the fire to the north into the community of San Juan. Suspect arrested in shootout that killed two officers in southeastern Kentucky

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two officers were killed and five other law enforcement officers were shot and hurt Thursday in southeastern Kentucky. An arrest citation says Lance Storz, 49, shot at officers with a rifle multiple times. Two officers were killed, five others were injured, and a K-9 was killed. The sheriff's office says the city of Northglenn owns a water ditch on Berthoud Pass - in unincorporated Grand County.That ditch diverts water through the gates to Northglenn, authorities say.City employees reported the theft of water and criminal mischief on June 22 after they realized a "sudden and significant" drop in water over the course of two days.They found multiple diversion gates had been intentionally damaged or destroyed."This type of crime is extremely concerning and is in no way victimless.
