TALLAHASSEE — Lynn Haven (Fla.) A. Crawford Mosley three-star rising senior tight end Randy Pittman has been committed to Florida State since the middle of April 2021. The 6-foot-2, 230-pound tight end, who is viewed as an H-back type, has been a frequent visitor to the Seminoles before and since his commitment. He returned on Saturday to participate in FSU’s Elite Camp and work with FSU tight ends coach Chris Thomsen, who has been heavily involved in his recruitment.

Florida State extended the contract of tight ends coach and deputy head coach Chrism Thomsen earlier this year, signing him through 2022. Thomsen and FSU agreed to terms in April according to documents that were released to Noles247 and other outlets through a public-information request on Friday. The amended contract extends a contract that was set to expire at the end of 2021.
