Lori Vallow has indicated that she would like to stand trial alongside her husband, even if that delays her case. In a court filing on Thursday, her lawyers stated that she does not object to going to trial alongside her current husband Chad Daybell. That would push her trial from October of this year until January of 2023, KTVB reports.

The trial for Lori Vallow Daybell and Chad Daybell will be held in Ada County. That's the latest ruling from Judge Steven Boyce. Boyce denied a motion from the prosecution, asking him to reconsider an earlier ruling moving the trial to Ada County. The prosecution requested that a jury be brought in from Ada County but the trial itself remain in Fremont County.

ST. ANTHONY, Idaho — Idaho District Judge Steven Boyce turned down a pair of requests Thursday by the attorney representing Chad Daybell. Boyce denied a motion by attorney John Prior to have the criminal indictment against Daybell dismissed. Additionally, Boyce also denied a motion to have a jury brought into Fremont County from Ada County. As a result, the trials for Daybell and his wife Lori Vallow Daybell will remain in Ada County.

On April 19, Vallow was arraigned on charges related to the disappearance and deaths of JJ Vallow and Tylee Ryan. Her attorney asked for a "not guilty" plea to the charges against her: two counts of first degree murder, one count of conspiracy to commit murder, two counts of criminal conspiracy, and one count of grand theft.
