Singer Carla Morrison: If You Wouldn’t Wear Your Dog, Don’t Wear Fur

“Style and status comes [from] within—you don’t buy it.”. These wise words are from Latin Grammy Award–winning singer-songwriter Carla Morrison, who joined PETA to speak up for animals killed in the fur trade. In the campaign, she reminds everyone that just like dogs and cats, minks, chinchillas, coyotes, and other animals aren’t ours to turn into fur coats, collars, or cuffs. Her request for fans is simple: If you wouldn’t wear your dog, please don’t wear fur.
