Michigan State football officially adds transfers Daniel Barker, Jarek Broussard, Brian Greene

All of Michigan State football’s transfer additions have officially joined the program, as tight end Daniel Barker, running back Jarek Broussard and offensive lineman Brian Greene have enrolled for MSU’s first summer semester, the program announced Monday. All three are graduate transfers, and their arrival gives MSU eight new scholarship players from the transfer portal.

Brian Greene was a lightly recruited player coming out of high school who didn’t get flooded with college offers. Then after working his way up from walk-on to scholarship player at Washington State and establishing himself as a talented and versatile offensive lineman, he entered the portal as a graduate transfer. With interest pouring in from about two dozen colleges, Greene finally experienced the full-court press in the recruiting process this year.
