Brian Christopher Lawler (January 10, 1972 – July 29, 2018) was an American professional wrestler. He is best remembered for his career in the World Wrestling Federation (now WWE), where he performed as Brian Christopher and Grand Master Sexay. Lawler was a one-time WWF Tag Team Champion as part of Too Cool with Scotty 2 Hotty, and won 44 titles within the United States Wrestling Association. He was the son of professional wrestler Jerry Lawler and brother of wrestling referee Kevin Christian.

Lawsuit Involving Brian Lawler (Brian Christopher) Still Ongoing, Moving To Trial

According to Pwinsider, the lawsuit surrounding the untimely death of Brian Lawler (aka, Brian Christopher/Grandmaster Sexay in WWE) is still ongoing and will be heading to trial. Jerry “The King” Lawler filed the lawsuit back in 2019 after his son Brian died in 2018 while he was still in police custody after a D.U.I arrest. The trial is set to begin on May 23, 2022. Originally, the plan was to begin on May 24, 2020, but was postponed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
