Dillon logged an assist, three blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Friday's 4-3 overtime win over the Blue Jackets. Dillon set up Dominic Toninato for the opening goal of the game. The assist ended Dillon's seven-game point drought, though he provided 26 hits, 12 blocked shots and eight PIM in that span. The 31-year-old has always been more of a physical player, but he's been all-around steady with 19 points, 176 hits, 89 blocked shots, 75 shots on net, 58 PIM and a plus-17 rating through 63 contests this season.

Dillon logged an assist, four hits, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Friday's 6-3 loss to the Avalanche. Dillon helped out on Kyle Connor's opening tally in the first period. While many of his teammates struggled Friday, Dillon turned in a solid stat line. The 31-year-old is mainly a physical defenseman, but he's chipped in with 16 points, 65 shots on goal, 130 hits, 62 blocked shots, 44 PIM and a plus-18 rating through 49 outings overall. His career high in points is 22, set in each of the last two full NHL seasons when he was with the Sharks.

Dillon notched an assist in Monday's 3-1 loss to the Flames. Dillon has been rather helpful on offense in February -- he's logged four assists in his last nine games. The 31-year-old's contributions tend to be more in the physical aspects of the game. Dillon has 15 points, 65 shots on net, 125 hits, 60 blocked shots, 44 PIM and a plus-15 rating through 47 appearances in a bottom-four role.

Dillon earned an assist in Friday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Stars. The rugged defenseman produced his second consecutive game with a helper and at least five penalty minutes. In this latest contest, Dillon served a minor penalty for high-sticking and was sent to the box for five minutes after fisticuffs with Jamie Benn. Fantasy managers would prefer he stay out of the box since penalty minutes generally aren't counted like they used to be, but Dillon has still mixed in some offense for deep-league consideration.

Dillon posted an assist, two blocked shots and five PIM in Tuesday's 2-0 win over the Wild. Dillon was involved in some of the fisticuffs in a rowdy first period, as he fought Jordan Greenway. The 31-year-old Dillon was able to get the last laugh, adding an assist on Nate Schmidt's empty-netter in the third period as the Jets handed the Wild their first shutout loss of the season. Dillon remains a physical presence first and foremost. He has 12 points, 37 PIM, 109 hits, 56 blocked shots and 56 shots on net in 40 contests. He'll continue to see a top-four role as long as Neal Pionk (COVID-19 protocols) is out.

Dillon added an assist in a 5-3 loss to the Panthers on Tuesday. Dillon has been more or less a no show in the goals column for his career, but he has once again found success as a passer. The defenseman has a goal and six assists over his last nine games, with 11 points in 36 contests this season.

Dillon departed the NHL's COVID-19 protocols Friday, Mitchell Clinton of the Jets' official site reports. Dillon has averaged 18:25 of ice time and logged five points over his last 10 appearances. The 31-year-old missed the last three games while in the COVID-19 protocols. Dylan Samberg is likely to see a reduced role upon Dillon's return.

Dillon landed in the NHL's COVID-19 protocols Thursday. With Dillon on the shelf, Declan Chisholm will slot into the lineup and make his NHL debut Thursday versus Detroit. Dillon will need to submit two negative COVID-19 tests before rejoining his teammates.

The 31-year-old Dillon has been unexpectedly warm on offense lately, notching a goal and four helpers during a five-game point streak. The Canadian blueliner has nine points, 44 shots on net, 93 hits, 42 blocked shots and a plus-13 rating in 32 contests overall. He'll carry some appeal in deeper formats in the short term, though his offense is likely to fade sooner rather than later.

While defense remains Dillon's strongest area, the 31-year-old has collected a goal and three assists during a four-game point streak. That accounts for half of his eight points in 31 outings this year, and he's added 89 hits, 41 blocked shots, 43 shots on net, 24 PIM and a plus-12 rating.

It was likely a little sweet for the 31-year-old to get his first goal as a Jet against the Capitals, who he played for last year. The defenseman has six points, 42 shots on net, 80 hits, 37 blocked shots, 24 PIM and a plus-9 rating in 29 appearances this season, which is a bit of a step back on offense from his 19-point campaign in 2020-21.
