Bartender reveals sneaky trick they use when we whine about weak drinks

A bartender is serving TikTok with the ingenious trick he uses when patrons belly up to the bar to moan and groan about their drinks that allegedly don’t have enough alcohol. The mirthful mixologist — who goes by the name Coach, aka the “Sober Bartender,” on social media — posted a now-viral video in which he teaches an inexperienced barkeep what to do in the situation. “Teaching the rookie how to deal with [people who say] ‘it’s not strong enough,'” the hipster-bearded cocktail crafter opines in the caption. Famous ‘Grease’ car signed by Olivia Newton-John up for auction

It is a piece of Hollywood memorabilia that has new meaning. One of the famous cars from the film “Grease” is coming up for auction at the Mecum Auctions event in Monterey, California, on August 20. The black custom 1949 Mercury known as “Hell’s Chariot” was raced by the villain, Crater Face, against Danny Zuko’s “Greased Lightning” down the Los Angeles River culvert in one of the film’s most iconic scenes. Giants offensive line coach Bobby Johnson regrets role in massive brawl

Bobby Johnson accepted responsibility for his actions in Monday’s training camp scuffle, when the offensive line coach pushed linebacker Cam Brown, sparking a benches-clearing brawl. Johnson said his actions “can’t happen.” “It’s a regrettable incident that can’t and won’t happen again,” he said of his involvement in the dust-up that saw him push defensive lineman Cam Brown after he got into it with center Joe Feliciano. The fight broke out in a tense Monday practice and involved punches thrown from Brown and center Jon Feliciano. Both sidelines cleared as fans chanted “Let’s go Giants!” from the crowd. Coach Brian Daboll didn’t say if he disciplined Johnson, but he made it clear it couldn’t happen again. “That’s not what we’re looking for,” Daboll said.

Fairfax County could raise building standards to address flood risk from severe storms

Fairfax County is considering making all existing and future development built to lessen flooding risks from huge, 100-year event storms, as opposed to a 10-year storm.
