Bill Young a long-time resident of Exeter, Calif., passed away on April 11, 2021 in Vancouver, Wash. He was 79 years old. Bill was born in Los Angeles, Calif., and worked as a deputy sheriff for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department; he then worked as a deputy sheriff for the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office until his retirement. Bill was preceded in death by his wife Meredith (Storme).
