English League One club Ipswich Town are considering a £350k offer for Dundee United’s Celtic-linked stopper Benjamin Siegrist, according to the Daily Record. In the past, it’s been claimed that Siegrist would cost clubs as little as £400k to take from Tannadice [Scottish Sun]. The low value will be due to the fact he’s into the final year of his contract this summer [Transfermarkt].

Celtic-linked shot-stopper Benjamin Siegrist suffers broken wrist

Benjamin Siegrist, the Celtic-linked goalkeeper who we’ve been said to have scouted several times, has suffered a broken wrist ahead of the summer window. The Swiss goalkeeper will miss the rest of the season for Dundee United, in a bitter blow for him. Siegrist was scheduled to take part in the final three league games of the season as well as a Scottish Cup semi-final against Hibernian at Hampden.
