Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody is at it again. This month she filed motions to block the DNA testing of evidence in two different cases of men on death row. This is DNA testing that has been agreed upon by both defense attorneys and the Orange County state attorney handling the cases. The results of the tests will either prove 75-year-old Tommy Ziegler and 72-year-old Henry Sireci are guilty and should be executed or that there is enough doubt to perhaps spare their lives. Maybe they would even be proven innocent.
