Alesso, Deniz Koyu cement first original tie-up on awaited Together Again ID, ‘In My Feelings’

There expectedly weren’t too many fresh Alesso sets floating around between 2020 and 2021, and about nine months following his all-time round at Ultra Taiwan, Alesso provided a new one when he took to downtown Los Angeles for Together Again. And during his back-to-back show stint, Alesso came ready with a handful of new music in the wake of PROGRESSO VOL. 2, debuting a trio of IDs across both evenings, including “Rave All Night” as well as a pair of IDs alongside Deniz Koyu. With the one-year anniversary of Together Again somehow nearing, Alesso has officially set one of those two pairings free, converting the fan-dubbed track formerly known as “Make It Real” into “In My Feelings.”

Alesso, Sentinel turn the clock back to 2012 on progressive house gem, ‘Only You’

If “Only You” feels like it all came together—from its Decadence Colorado debut to its March 25 release day—much quicker than most IDs, it’s because it sort of did. But the story of Alesso and Sentinel pairing dates all the way back to July 2021 when a muffled audio clip suddenly popped up on the Swedish House Mafia subreddit, with no information other than a teaser of the track and what sounded like Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello speaking over it in the background. It wasn’t until 2021 came to a close that the same ID reappeared out of thin air, with none other than Alesso formally debuting it in Denver and expectedly causing everyone to believe that he was involved in its production. And after Alesso used it in his Brooklyn Mirage show announcement and subsequently had the Aussie trio join him on stage at Ultra Australia earlier this March, all of the “Only You” puzzle pieces were finally able to come in place, leading us to its March 25 arrival date.

Creamfields North shares 25th anniversary lineup: Alesso, Eric Prydz, Martin Garrix, Calvin Harris, and more

For its milestone 25th anniversary, Creamfields just announced arguably one of the northern UK festival’s most impressive lineups in its quarter-century history. Returning to Daresbury from August 25 – 28, Creamfields North will help close down dance music’s end-of-summer festival circuit. On top of the reveal of its first-ever Creamfields South edition that’s set for June, festival organizers had previously shared a portion of its 2022 lineup back in December 2021, with Armin van Buuren, Eric Prydz presents HOLO, Carl Cox, Martin Garrix, and Tiesto being among the names that were already locked in to perform at this year’s festival.
