NEW HAVEN — An updated age progression for Heidi Allen was revealed Wednesday, National Missing Children’s Day, depicting what Allen may look like at 46 years old. 18-year-old Heidi Allen disappeared on April 3, 1994, on Easter Sunday. Allen was working at the D&W convenience store in New Haven when she vanished, last seen at 7:42 a.m. The investigation found that the cause of Allen’s disappearance was foul play, according to the Oswego County Sheriff’s Department.

ConnextCare Opens Applications For Kathy A. Ellis Scholarship

PULASKI – ConnextCare awards a scholarship annually in memory of Kathleen A. Ellis, the first Nurse Practitioner in New York state. Ellis was well known in our local community for her passion and commitment to serving our rural population. She worked at Northern Oswego County Health Services, Inc. (NOCHSI), which is now ConnextCare, at its Pulaski location, and spent four years working at NOCHSI’s Mexico Health Center. The community mourned the loss of Ellis when she lost her battle with cancer and passed away in December of 1996 at the age of 52.

NYSP seeking assistance identifying man in Oswego County store

WEST MONROE, N.Y. (WWTI) — New York State Police in Hastings are asking the public for help identifying an individual that was caught on surveillance video. According to police, the individual was involved in a larceny that took place at the Petro gas station located at 2634 State Route 49 in the Town of West Monroe. Police stated that the individual was captured on surveillance camera taking a pair of sunglasses and gloves and leaving the store without paying for them.
