There was no shortage of big names in Eugene this past weekend for Saturday Night Live. One of the top performers regardless of class was Timpview (Provo, Utah) offensive lineman Spencer Fano. The 6-foot-5, 250-pound prospect in the class of 2023 matched up well with Oregon commit Gracen Halton as well as priority Oregon target Cyrus Moss in the 2022 class.

Oregon commits, targets tweet out official Duck offers

August 1 represented the first day collegiate football programs could send official offers to prospective student athletes in the 2022 recruiting class. While offers are given in other manners throughout the recruiting process, whether that be in person, via phone call or text, etc., these offers carry special significance to the recruits. After all, a coaching staff can tell a recruit they have an offer, but seeing it in writing on Mario Cristobal letterhead is a different animal.
