Nurse From Madison Sentenced For Tampering With Fentanyl Vials

A former nurse in Connecticut who admitted to tampering with anesthesia drugs while on the job is heading to federal prison. New Haven County resident Bryan Wilson, age 40, of Madison, was sentenced to two years behind bars Thursday, Sept. 22, in federal court in Hartford after pleading guilty to tampering with a consumer product.

Application proposes Popeyes restaurant in Cromwell

CROMWELL — Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen could soon be serving Cajun-inspired goodness in Middlesex County. The Planning and Zoning Commission has received an application from a New Jersey-based company to build a Popeyes drive-thru restaurant in the Stop & Shop plaza at 195 West St. If approved, the new location would be the fast-food company's first operation in Middlesex County.

Former Madison nurse gets 2 years for stealing fentanyl from patients

A former Connecticut nurse was sentenced to two years in prison Thursday after stealing fentanyl meant for patients and replacing it with saline, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for Connecticut. Bryan Wilson, 40, previously pleaded guilty in February to one count of tampering with a consumer product, officials said.
