An Amtrak train slammed into a semi-truck car-hauler that was stuck on the train tracks in Oklahoma, and one bystander captured it all on camera. The crash occurred Friday night at 8 p.m. EST, as Amtrak Train 822 traveled between Fort Worth, Texas, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As the train passed through Thackerville near the border of the two states, the tractor-trailer car-hauler stuck while trying to cross the tracks.

Woman dies in single-vehicle crash in northwest Oklahoma City, police say

OKLAHOMA CITY — A woman died after a single-vehicle crash early Sunday morning in northwest Oklahoma City. Lt. Tommy Joyce, with the Oklahoma City Police Department, said the woman was driving north on Lake Hefner Parkway shortly before 6 a.m. when she took the exit ramp at Northwest 122nd Street. The woman failed to negotiate a turn west, left the road to the right, went down a hill and crashed into a retaining wall.
