RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – On Tuesday, the Great American Conference announced the results of its 2022 women's soccer preseason coaches' poll. New drainage at sinkhole property is ‘perfect’

In an interview with the Weatherford Daily News, owner of the development property across from City Hall Bob Bartman said the new drainage system is perfect. “We are finishing up the retaining wall. The drainage is perfect and we are putting the final drain in at the western edge of the property. City, police warn citizens of new in-person scam

The City of Weatherford said they have received several calls about an unlicensed solicitor going door-to-door wanting to install an electric meter ontop of roofs. “Anytime a vendor goes to an individual’s door trying to sell something, it is best to ask if they have a city permit. If they don’t have a permit they are not legit,” Assistant Police Chief Josh VanDeburgh said.

New airport terminal closer to completion
