Chief guide is Evelyn Kanter, a lifelong New Yorkers and award-winning professional journalist who is the author/editor of multiple NYC and regional guidebooks, a former investigative consumer reporter for WABC-TV Eyewitness News and WCBS Newsradio 88, and has written for the NY Times, NY Daily News, NY Post, and New York Magazine.
