After a $75 million candy plant expansion goes into operation in Bloomington, Heartland Community College will start a program to train workers for Ferrero North America. Heartland President Keith Cornille said it will be similar to programs in food the college already offers, but it will be an apprenticeship that will tailor course offerings to candy-making and the plant in particular.
