Two injured in Nodaway County accident

(KMAland) -- Two people were injured in a Nodaway County accident on Saturday. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred shortly after 8 p.m. approximately two miles southeast of Maryville when a vehicle driven by an unnamed 17-year-old juvenile failed to negotiate an intersection, traveled off the roadway and struck an embankment.

Barnard Man Crashes In Nodaway County Friday

Friday evening, 82 year old Richard A Ross of Barnard was eastbound on Route A, 6 miles east of Graham. Ross traveled off the roadway, struck the ground and continued into the ditch. His passengers, 66 year old Karla V Roser-Davis and 78 year old Judy O Ross refused medical treatment at the scene.

NODAWAY COUNTY—Two people were injured in an accident just after 3:30p.m. Wednesday in Nodaway County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Jeep Laredo driven by a 15-year-old boy from Barnard was eastbound and a 2003 Chevy Monte Carlo driven by Eric L. Billings, 43, Barnard, was westbound on 410th Street east of Icon Road five miles west of Bolckow.

Nodaway County Crash Injures Two

A two vehicle crash in Nodaway County Wednesday afternoon seriously injured two people. A Jeep driven by a 15 year old male from Barnard was eastbound and 47 year old Eric L Billings also of Barnard was westbound on 410th Street, approximately 5 miles west of Bolckow. Both vehicles were traveling over the center line. The juvenile came over the hill and struck the front of Billings. Both drivers were taken by Nodaway County Ambulance to Mosaic Life Care in St Joseph. A 13 year old female in Billings’ vehicle refused medical treatment.

(Bolckow) -- Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident in Nodaway County Wednesday afternoon. The Nodaway County Sheriff's Office says a 2006 Jeep Laredo driven by a 15-year-old male juvenile from Barnard was eastbound on 410th Street approximately 5 miles west of Bolckow when it traveled over a hill and struck the front of a westbound 2003 Chevy Monte Carlo driven by 47-year-old Eric Billings, also of Barnard. The juvenile's vehicle came to rest off the south side of the roadway facing northwest, while Billings' vehicle rested on the north side of the roadway facing southwest. The patrol says both vehicles were driving over the center of the roadway at the time of the crash.

(College Springs) -- A College Springs man was booked on a Nodaway County warrant Wednesday. The Page County Sheriff's Office reports 49-year-old Steven Dean Lundvall of College Springs was arrested on a Nodaway County Missouri Capias warrant for Failure to appear. Authorities say the warrant stems from original charges of DWI and Resisting or Interfering with Arrest for a Felony. The arrest comes after Deputies were called to 712 Iowa Avenue in College Springs for a family disturbance.

St Joseph Teen Charged With DUI Following Nodaway County Crash

19 year old Quincy L Nichols of St Joseph was seriously injured after an early morning crash Sunday in Nodaway County. Nichols was westbound on Route M, at 4th Street in the Barnard City limits, when he failed to stop at a stop sign at McKenzie Street. Nichols crossed the center of the roadway, struck an embankment, a retaining wall and then went airborne. He struck a second embankment and overturned. Nichols was taken by Nodaway County Ambulance to Mosaic Life Care in St Joseph. Nichols was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, operating in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident and no seat belt.
