Indianapolis man charged in July homicide previously got deal in 2016 killing
An Indianapolis man charged in a July killing on the city’s southeast side was previously charged with murder in a 2016 case, according to court records. Najee Givens, 33, is facing a murder charge in connection with the shooting death of 25-year-old Timothy Lamont Rucker Jr., who was found dead inside a home in the 5200 block of Padre Lane on July 17.
