Teacher arrested at CPS school on a drug charge

EVANSTON, Ohio (WKRC) - A teacher at Evanston Academy has been arrested on a charge of permitting drug abuse. Laura Morand was arrested Thursday afternoon at the school. A man named Paul McGee, 19 was arrested last month on 15 counts of drug trafficking and possession. He's accused of dealing heroin, cocaine and a fentanyl-related compound.
