19 Texas schools battle it out at High School BBQ Cook-off in Graham

GRAHAM, Texas (KAUZ) - Over 70 students from all across Texas competed in a Texas High School BBQ Cook-off at the downtown square in Graham Texas. There were 19 high schools that participated in the cook-off and for some this was their first time, but others have been masters of the grill for years.

C.D. and Maryellen Knobloch have a cow calf operation on 105 acres behind their home outside Archer City on Hwy 79. Of the 10 cows on this pasture cow #4, as the tag in her ear indicates, delivered triplets about three weeks ago. Kathrine Atchley will be 100 years old on Oct. 21. She is the daughter of Dr. George B. Hamilton--the founder of Olney Hamilton Hospital, which has been recognized as the oldest rural hospital in Texas.
