Biden signs water bills benefiting 3 tribes in Arizona

The Colorado River Indian Tribes have been granted the authority to lease some of their water rights in Arizona to bolster the tribe's economy and improve housing, healthcare, and education on the reservation, as well as fund a nursing home and substance abuse treatment, while also working to maintain the habitat along the river.
