If you sent a "Bag of D*cks" to West St. Paul City Council member Dick Vitelli recently, you might be excited to hear that he's officially responded to your gesture. Of course, it wasn't a literal bag of... well, you know. It was a novelty item delivered by one of several online companies that specialize in mailing gag "gifts" like glitter bombs (and, yes, pouches of phallic gummies) on behalf of anonymous senders looking to get even (or just a have a hearty laugh).

The image was posted to Facebook Saturday morning, with the caption: “THE.ICE.IS.NOT.READY.YET.” The caption on the photo indicates that investigators say alcohol was a factor, and that it was the third incident involving operating while intoxicated that evening.   More On WCCO.com: Tallest Trooper Ever To Serve Among Those Added To Minnesota State Patrol’s Ranks After WCCO’s Eye-Opening Ride Along With Minneapolis Sergeant, Both Sides Of Policing Debate Give Very Different Takes ‘Best Small Cities In America’: 2 Minnesota Communities Make The Top 50 List Buffalo Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting 18-Month-Old
