James ‘Jim’ Rosenberg, 71

James “Jim,” “Rosie,” Arthur Rosenberg, 71, of Newbold passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Sept. 6. Jim was born on March 17, 1950, in Milwaukee, the son of Ralph and Joyce Rosenberg. He graduated from Homestead High School in Mequon in 1968 and received his bachelors degree in History and Political Science from UW-Milwaukee and also had numerous fire science, practical and leadership courses from Milwaukee Area Technical College.

Robert ‘Bob’ Johnson

Feb. 15, 1926 - Sept. 12, 2021. Robert “Bob” Johnson, age 95 years, of Slinger passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Cedar Bay East in West Bend. Bob was born on February 15, 1926, in Stoughton to Rudolph and Irene Johnson (nee Olson). After graduating from Stoughton High School, Bob was drafted to service in the United States Army Air Corps. When he returned, he was united in marriage to Beverly Barnes on Aug. 18, 1951. Bob earned his undergraduate degree at UW-Stevens Point and later earned his master’s degree at UW-Milwaukee.

DR. WILLIAM EDWIN ANDERSON, M.D., OB-GYN was given life by his Creator and was born on April 12, 1937 to Edwin Carl and Geraldine (Danekas) in Racine, WI. He was given new life through water and the Word when he was baptized at Atonement Lutheran Church on October 10, 1937 and was catechized and confirmed at Lutheran Church of the Redeemer on March 18, 1951, both of which reside in Racine, WI.

Feb. 19, 1934 - Sept. 12, 2021. Jack Allington McLean passed away on Sept. 12, 2021, at 87 years of age. Jack was born to Howard and Opal McLean on Feb. 19, 1934, in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, where he was raised, attended high school and then earned a degree from the University of Nebraska. Prior to graduating college Jack served in the United States Army. He married Barbara “Bobbi” McLean in Grant, Nebraska, on Nov. 9, 1958.

Edward Michael Baumann

Edward Michael Baumann was born to eternal life on Monday, September 13, 2021, age 69. He was the proud father of Mike (Tracy), Greg (Rebecca) and Dan; proud “Papa” of Maya, Madie, Aidan, Zach, Olivia and Konnor. He was the devoted son of Pat “Ma” Baumann and the late Edward "Pa" Baumann. Brother of Pete (Pam) Baumann and Cindy Baumann; former husband of Terri Michels. He was uncle of Kimberly (Jason), Petey (Michele), Brian (Noy), Eric (Amanda), Stefanie (Victor), Meghan (Alex) and Luke (Jaci). He was former father-in-law to Jennifer Baumann, and is also loved by great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.

Ruth (Brummond) Roehrs

Berlin, Wis., after a valiant battle with uterine cancer. Ruth was born on Jan. 31, 1955, to Bill (DW) and Joyce Brummond in Fairmont. She attended school in Truman and graduated from Truman High School in 1973. Ruth was united in marriage to Bill Roehrs in 1994 and they had two daughters, Bridget and Megan. She was employed at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin for 40 years as an ultrasound technician and provided medical care to countless children in need. She attended Elmbrook Church for many years and was involved in Bible studies, volunteering at the church and supporting the youth ministry with her exceptional baking skills.

He attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in fine arts. He was a gifted and successful goldsmith/silversmith all of his working years.

April 9, 1938 - Sept. 11, 2021. Mary Ann entered into eternal life at her home, surrounded by her loving family on Sept. 11, 2021, at the age of 83 after a courageous battle with cancer. Mary Ann was born in Waukesha on April 9, 1938. She is the beloved daughter of her late parents, Peter and Genevieve Muzich. She married her loving and cherished husband of 61 years, Frank, on Dec. 3, 1960. She was loving and treasured mother of Timothy J.(Trenda) Muzich, Arthur G. Muzich, Diane M. Mollet, Jennifer J. Mollet, James A. (Lynnette) Mollet, and Kimberly (Dan) Krieser; proud and adored grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by her loving sisters Patricia (Derald) Vant and Kathy (Nelson) Osborne. She was preceded in death by her devoted and cherished sisters Elizabeth, Francis, Louise, Gladys, Carol, and Rose.

Margaret Rose ‘Peggy’ Schmidt

Margaret Rose “Peggy” Schmidt (nee Schacht) passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at her home in Grafton. Peggy was born to the late Lester and Bernice (nee Averill) Schacht on September 13, 1937, in West Bend. After graduating from West Bend High School, she attended St. Mary’s School of Nursing in Milwaukee, then began her career as a Registered Nurse. On December 27, 1958, she was united in marriage to Norm Schmidt at Holy Angels in West Bend. While they met in kindergarten, it wasn’t until after high school that they reconnected. They remained in West Bend for several years, welcoming their first son and daughter. Following a move to Milwaukee in 1965, they welcomed another son and two more daughters. After becoming empty nesters, they moved to Cedarburg, followed by Grafton, where Peggy resided for 22 years until the time of her death.

Joseph Henry Jobs, age 54 of the Town of Saukville, fell asleep in Jesus and awoke in heaven on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at The Kathy Hospice in West Bend. Joe was born on June 13, 1967, the son of Erhard and Barbara (Christensen) Jobs. He was baptized at St. Paul’s Community Church, Waubeka. He was confirmed in Christ at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Grafton. He was a 1985 graduate of Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School in Jackson. He was very thankful for the Christian education he received in his formative years. Joe cherished being a KML Alumni and a member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Newburg.
