Three Vehicle Accident in Center Township on Wal-mart Hill Results in Injuries

Center Township Police and Firefighters were assisted by Monaca Fire Department in responding to a three vehicle accident between Old Brodhead Road and Herzog’s garage at 3 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, July 23, 2021. According to a report, one of the vehicles crossed the median into traffic. Another vehicle caught fire. There were injuries reported and the victims were transported to local hospitals by ambulance. None of the victims were identified in the release.

15-Year-Old Arrested After Three People Shot, One Police Officer Injured In Shooting On South Side

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — A 15-year-old has been arrested in connection with Friday morning’s violent shooting in the South Side. The name of the suspect has not been released, but he is from Clairton. He is facing one count of Criminal Attempt Homicide, two counts of Aggravated Assault, two counts of Recklessly Endngering Another Person, three gun offenses, and two counts of Criminal Mischief. 15-year-old arrested for triple shooting in Pittsburgh’s South Side

PITTSBURGH — A 15-year-old boy was arrested after three men were shot in Pittsburgh’s South Side early Friday morning, police said. Investigators said the men were found in multiple locations after shots were first reported just after 1:30 a.m. in the area of South 18th and East Carson streets. Officers were able to help treat at least two of the men until paramedics got to them.

COVID-19 In Pittsburgh: Allegheny Co. Health Dept. Reports 90 New Coronavirus Cases In Last 48 Hours

By: KDKA-TV News Staff PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The Allegheny County Health Department is reporting 90 new Coronavirus cases and eight additional deaths in the last 48 hours. Of the newly reported cases, the Health Department says 66 are confirmed and 24 are probable cases. The dates of the newly reported deaths range from Oct. 17, 2020 to December 26, 2020, seven of which were associated with long term care facilities. All of the deaths were in people 65 years or older. There have been 7,316 total hospitalizations and 102,488 total coronavirus cases in Allegheny County since the pandemic started. The county-wide death toll stands at 1,998. MURRYSVILLE, Pa. — One bicyclist was killed and three others were hurt when a car struck them along a Pennsylvania road, authorities said. According to WPXI-TV, the incident occurred about 4 a.m. Thursday on Route 22 eastbound near Brick Hill Road in Murrysville. One bicyclist died at the scene, while three others were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, authorities said.

4 Cyclists Hit, 1 Killed On Route 22

MURRYSVILLE, Pa. (KDKA) – Four cyclists were hit and one was killed in a crash on Route 22 eastbound around 4 a.m. Thursday. Twenty-five-year-old Marcus Coblentz from Sugarcreek, Ohio was identified as the biker who died.
