Midland man arrested, charged with burglary, indecent exposure

MIDLAND, Texas (Nexstar)- A Midland man who was arrested for indecent exposure in 2019 has been arrested again for committing similar crimes. Haywen Carrie Oneal, 26, has been charged with burglary of a habitation with the intention of committing another felony, indecency with a child by exposure, and indecent exposure.

Odessa gas price comparison: Cheapest gas in the area

(ODESSA, TX) Depending on where you fill up in Odessa, you could be saving up to $0.39 per gallon on gas. According to a survey by GasBuddy, Valero at 1601 N County Rd W was the cheapest station in the area, with regular listed at $2.87 per gallon at the pumps Wednesday. That was compared to Love's Travel Stop at 1901 W Ih-20, where a gallon of regular was selling for $3.26.
