UTICA, NY – Utica police officers assisted a woman with a potentially deadly situation on Oneida Street after her ex-boyfriend appeared to be ready to kill her with a knife on Monday. At approximately 12:30 pm, Utica Police units responded to a menacing with a knife incident at an apartment complex in the 1400 block of Oneida Street. She was greeted upon arrival by a party who informed her that her ex-boyfriend had knocked on her door. She opened the door and saw the male point a knife at her chest and threaten her. Redevelopment of St. Elizabeth Medical Campus

UTICA, N.Y. (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) –the City of Utica and Mohawk Valley Health System are coming together to redevelop the St. Elizabeth Campus in South Utica. The city’s industrial development agency and MVHS have agreed to share the cost of hiring a consultant team. UTICA, N.Y. – A Utica man is accused of threatening his ex-girlfriend with a knife at her home on Oneida Street. The victim told police her ex-boyfriend, 23-year-old Zy-Aire J. Cold Brook Man Arrested on Felony Weapons Charge

TOWN OF OHIO-A 73 year old Cold Brook man was arrested on a felony guns and weapons charge in the Village of Herkimer Friday afternoon. New York State Police from the Herkimer Barracks charged George E. Blackshear with one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree-3 or more Weapons, a Class D felony. Blackshear was released with a cash bail of $10.00. The incident was still pending investigation as of press time.
