Lady Wildcats earn a win over the Panthers

The Lady Wildcats played just once last week picking up a 63-15 home court win over an overmatched Superior Panthers team. The Ladies jumped out early to a 23-4 first-period lead then extended it to 32-8 at the half. In the third period, they outscored Superior by 10, then in the final eight minutes, Joseph City kept the Panthers off the scoreboard.

(KYMA, KECY) - Dry conditions and colder than normal temperatures are expected across the region through the majority of the period. Arizona Chief Justice approves plan to divide Gila County jury pool

By an Administrative Order, Arizona Supreme Court Chief Justice Robert Brutinel approved a proposal authored by Gila County Superior Court Judges Timothy Wright and Bryan Chambers that would effectively divide Gila County’s jury pool so that Northern Gila County residents no longer have to travel to Globe for jury duty and residents of Southern Gila County no longer have to travel to Payson for jury duty.
