Save up to $0.41 per gallon - survey shows cheapest gas station in Grand Junction

(GRAND JUNCTION, CO) According to Grand Junction gas price data, you could be saving up to $0.41 per gallon on gas. According to a survey by GasBuddy, Walmart Neighborhood Market at 541 Warrior Way was the cheapest station in the area, with regular listed at $3.37 per gallon at the pumps Wednesday. That was compared to Phillips 66 at 2525 Broadway, where a gallon of regular was selling for $3.78.

Grand Junction Arson Victim Identified

An elderly woman has just been identified as the victim of an arson that took place in Grand Junction this past Wednesday, September 22nd. The victim has been identified by authorities as 80-year-old Mary Cruthers. Cruthers lived on 29 1/2 Road and Prospect in Grand Junction and was unfortunately killed in a fire at her residence this past Wednesday.

Delta Man Charged With Murder in Suspicious Grand Junction Death

It didn't take Mesa County authorities long to make an arrest in connection with a suspicious death this week in Grand Junction. On Wednesday afternoon, the Grand Junction Fire Department responded to a report of a house fire on 29 1/2 Road, south of Patterson near Parkway Drive. After the fire was extinguished, a deceased female was found inside the residence. Police immediately called the death suspicious and an arrest was made Wednesday night.

Special Olympics Colorado holds bowling tournament in Grand Junction

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) - Special Olympics Colorado held their Western Region Bowling Tournament on Sat. at Orchard Mesa Lanes in Grand Junction. The event kicked off a 1:00 in the afternoon and lasted until 5:00 p.m. 100 athletes from a number of communities, like Grand Junction, Delta, Montrose, Glenwood Springs, and Aspen competed in teams. Athletes and volunteers alike had a fun day of friendly competition and bowling.
