The Bellefontaine Police Department made three separate OVI arrests during the holiday weekend. On Thursday morning, just before 3 o’clock, officers observed a vehicle traveling the wrong way on Court Avenue. The vehicle then made an improper turn onto South Detroit Street, which is another one-way road, traveling north on a south-only street.
