Writer has solution for '980' sex offenders

There is an easy solution to the “980” sex offenders needing housing. Put a double-wide next to the Marinette County Jail. The sex offenders can use the jail for the bathroom and meals. No television and no internet. Build a fence around the trailer and a door into the jail. Charge the state the maximum amount allowed and put that money towards paying for the double-wide. If it works out well a second one can be added and so on as needed.
