Margate Man Puts Spy Cam in Business Bathroom for Sexual Gratification

A hidden camera planted in the restroom of a Copans Road business captured two victims using the toilet to the sexual gratification of Alex Sandro Cardoso Ramos of Margate--the man who allegedly planted the camera. Ramos admitted to placing his camera in the bathroom and downloading the video onto his laptop in order to "achieve sexual gratification," say police.
