Shore Medical Center and Advanced Shore Imaging Team Up to Provide Free Screening Mammograms Oct. 22

Women who are in need of their yearly screening mammogram can get one for free at Advanced Shore Imaging Associates on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2022 from 8 am to noon by appointment. The free screenings are in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and thanks to a partnership between the imaging center and Shore Medical Center, a member of the Penn Medicine Cancer Network. Special Weather Statement: Ian’s Remnants to Hit Shore

The National Weather Service predicts heavy rain, high winds and coastal flooding over the weekend as the remnants of Hurricane Ian move through the area. The forecast calls for as much as 2 to 5 inches of rain from Friday night through Saturday. Sustained northeast winds up to 30 mph are expected to continue through the weekend and into next week. The rain and wind could contribute to flooding conditions.
