NAI Harmon Group Buys Fort Chaffee Land For $1.37M

The NAI Harmon Group of Toledo, Ohio, is expanding its holdings in Fort Smith. The property management company paid slightly more than $1.37 million for 30.55 acres in Fort Chaffee. CEO Ed Harmon said the company will build two 300,000-SF industrial buildings on the site, which is located on Flagstone Road, just off Interstate 49.

FORT SMITH, Ark. — Update: Emma Hadley has been located and is safe. The Fort Smith Police Department (FSPD) is asking for the community's help in locating Emma Hadley. Police say Hadley was last seen at 6:30 p.m. in the 9400 block of Chanel Place on Wednesday, Sept.22. Police also say Hadley is believed to be wearing blue jeans, sandals, and either a black-and-white striped shirt or coral-colored shirt.
