Suffolk police warn of escaped bull on the loose in Mastic

(Christopher Furlong/Getty Images) (MASTIC, N.Y.) Suffolk County police told residents in Mastic to stay in their homes Monday while an escaped bull is on the loose. The 1,500-pound bull reportedly escaped from a farm in Moriches, and police said the first call for the bull came in around 8:23 a.m. from Montgomery Avenue in Mastic, according to News 12 Long Island.

Long Island Progressive Coalition signs letter to policymakers asking to end use of carbon capture and storage
