State Route 274, near Township Road 99, was closed for several hours Friday due to a fatal accident. The Logan County Sheriff's Office reports that Brian Hartman, 29, of Bellefontaine was going east on 274 around 7:30 Friday morning when he went left of center and struck a semi head-on.
